Welcome to Sinag Careers, a recruitment platform owned and operated by Sinag Pawnshop Corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Sinag Careers web application (“Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sinag Careers.

1. Eligibility

   • Submitting an application through Sinag Careers does not guarantee employment.
   • We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

   • All materials, content, and design elements on Sinag Careers (including logos, trademarks, and text) are the intellectual property of Sinag Pawnshop Corporation.

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

   We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Sinag Careers after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
